.You can also submit your opinions and complaints about our services by filling in the satisfaction survey form in the front office and public relations departments.

.Your complaints/suggestions are recorded, evaluated by the relevant department managers and improvements are performed in order to increase our service quality according to your demands.

.The result of the complaints are reported to you by the Quality Unit within the specified period.

. Our polyclinic submits the complaints which cannot be resolved due to laws, regulation and directives, to a higher authority in order to investigate the solution.
